Update a Wordpress site (details of updates in description)...

I have a number of changes for a client\'s website. Here are the required updates from the client - appreciate it is a little bit difficult without seeing the site, but there should be a enough information to understand the scope of the work required and quote and provide a time to complete. If I like what you say (and your price) I will provide screenshots and further details to go with the list of updates. 1. General Details:- a. All new elements to be CMS controlled. b. There will be an SSL on the website - to be purchased. c. When a user comes to the site, we will check their IP address using this plug-in [login to view URL] (registration to be completed) i. If the user is within a country for which we have a flag, we will automatically select that flag. ii. If the user has previously been to the site we will store a cookie with the country preferred and pre-select that flag. iii. If they\'re in a country we do not target (any of the 7 flags) we will default to the UK flag. d. All changes will remain responsive as per the current site. e. The top header area to be a sticky menu (content to be decided). 2. Top Purple bar:- a. To be the same throughout the site. b. But REMOVE the G+ icon. Leaving just Twitter and Facebook. c. There are 7 flags, if the user selects the flag the changes are:- i. The contact details to the right of the logo will change. ii. On the Psychic Readings page the banner will change to that country/currency/prices. d. To the right of the FB and Twitter icon, add a Share plug-in to be shared on Facebook and Twitter only. 3. White header area:- a. For each country there will be up to 3 contact options. In some case there are 2 and in others there is 1. If there is 1 option, the right column will be filled. If there are 2, the right and middle will be filled. For 3 we will display as per the design. i. We will make these columns CMS controlled for each country. Home page 4. Home page banner area:- a. These banners will be CMs controlled. The text pon the banner and the button will be HTML text. b. The badges on the right hand side will remain in the exact position they are now while the banner behind scrolls. c. The left/right scrolling options will remain in place as per the current site. 5. Home page Our Benefits:- a. Icons and text to be CMS controlled. b. All options will be clickable through to a new page. The URL will be CMS controlled. 6. Home page Available Readers:- a. Will use the same plug-in as the current site but a different layout as per the design. 7. Home page Service section:- a. To be CMS controlled based on the Services added in the CMS. b. The left and right arrows (top right) will scroll through all services. Psychic Readings page 8. Right hand column:- a. The right hand column on all pages will change. In the design the example with the 3 promo boxes is for UK only. b. For all other countries we will display the Available Readers section from the home page. 9. Banner section:- a. This area will work the same as [login to view URL] where the user can select the country and the banner information changes. b. Within the CMS we will upload a banner and the content/text for each country. c. More than 1 banner can be uploaded to this section and again the content can be changed for that banner for each section. i. BANNERS TO BE PROVIDED 10. The layout for this page will change as per the design. Zodiac page 11. This page will change to an accordion effect as per the design. 12. The right hand side will change as per point 8 above. Services page 13. The central panel will change as per the new design. 14. When the user clicks a Read More link on each Service they will navigate to the service detail page currently on the live site. 15. The right hand side will change as per point 8 above.
