Simple Responsive Email template

Hi, I am looking for a very simple HTML responsive email template. Here is what I need. 1) The template will need to have a footer with a logo on the right and address information on the left 2) There will be no header 3) The template will need to provide one DIV tag where content will be entered. This div tag will need to have styling enough for sub-elements. (sub-elements will only be P, LI, H1, H2, H3 tags) 4) The template needs to be responsive and adjust to normal devices - However, it can't be 100% width. We will need some form on max-width that works on both Outlook and online clients If you've got the experience, it should only be a couple hours of work.
