Project specs: 1- Online employee scheduling 2- Employee can be scheduled into different sifts and into different sites 3- System to alert the user when overlapping occurs 4- System should sent an email & SMS shift reminder to the employees 5- System should allow the user to view the roster for a single site, client site or all sites. 6- System should allow the user to view 1, 2,3 & 4 weeks to scheduled shifts 7- System should allow the user to view the schedule by employee, site or position 8- System should allow the user to view whole month of scheduled data into a calendar view 9- System should allow the user to view the daily schedule for the employees 10- System should allow the user to Add/Edit & delete shifts 11- System should allow the user to copy current week or weeks of scheduled data into next week or weeks. 12- System should allow the user to copy single shift from one date into another date by using drag & drop 13- System should allow the user to move single shift from one date into another date by using drag & drop 14- System should allow the user to move single shift from one employee into another employee by using drag & drop 15- System should allow the user to select multiple shift by mouse and apply a bulk action such as (Delete, Publish , UnPublish, Lock & unlock) 16- System should allow the user to perform bulk action against the employee weekly or multiple weeks of scheduled data 17- System should notify the user of any changes to the scheduled data by other employees live! Using SignalR 18- System should allow the user to export the schedule to PDF and EXCEL. 19- System should detect define fatigue factors when scheduling the employee and display an instant alert to the user.

Hi, I can create a web app that can have all the functionalities you mentioned, the one I found curious is the SignalR requirement, is this for any specific reason or I can use other frameworks to provide real-time notifications and changes? I'm guessing that there isn't an API yet so it will be back end and front end development right? another thing, to send messages (SMS) you need to use an API like Twilio which charge you a tiny amount per message.
