I need a Website Developer

I need someone who is capable of a website with the following types of pages / services: - Multiple "funding pages" through which direct donations can be made and that also provide individual contact forms. It should be possible to create new funding pages and delete old ones over time. - A platform (forum-style) to which type A accounts have access and where these members can share ideas with one another by making posts. They must also be able to directly contact each other (either simply providing an email address or, if not too complicated, a private website chat) - A database that exists of type B accounts to which only type A accounts have access. Type A accounts must be able to look through this database by selecting particular characteristics of the type A accounts and must be able to directly contact the type A accounts (again by either simply emailing or through a private chat/messenger on the website).
