Need Custom Ad Unit Made And Integrated With Revcontent API To Show Ads

I need someone to make me a custom ad unit that will link together with revcontents API to pull the data for the ad to show. I have a live example of the ad unit I need created that a competitor is running. I will need you to duplicate the style / layout of the ad from the competitors site and link it up with my revcontent API. Here is Revcontents API unit Documentation. Looking for someone who is experienced with this type of work, preferable someone who has made a custom Revcontent API unit before.
