I have a dataset I want to visualize like this. There will be 3 outer states and 1 inner state.

Dataset is - [login to view URL]

Bubbles size would be proportional to project goal and colour proportional to category.

Center state would be Active. Outer states would be "Cancelled", "Successful" and "Failed".

Bubbles will be in the Active state at start date of campaign. And at end date, they move to the respective outer states.
