I'm looking for someone with excellent English skills to create a Wordpress website for me. The purpose of the website is to promote my renewable energy consulting business and facilitate the pre-launch marketing of the renewable energy book that I recently wrote. I envision a website that has the following features: 1-page (with additional pages for article archives) My photo and social proof (testimonials, achievements, etc) at or near the top of the page Below that: Link to featured article, and sign up for future articles (with Infusionsoft CRM, thank you page) Below that: Links to recent articles Below that: Success stories The website needs to be configured to make it as easy as possible for me to create and post new articles (blog posts), and new testimonials I need the basic website up and running in 2 weeks. Once it's up and running, my next goal is to install a book-related lead magnet (landing/squeeze page, infusionSoft CRM, delivery of lead magnet, thank you page) I'll need your help to migrate the existing website to a new web hosting service, where I would like the website created with a new Wordpress theme. I'll want your advice on the simplest, fastest and easiest way (including choice of Wordpress theme) to get the basic website up and running in 2 weeks. trim tab To Whomever it may concern, The Project: Website up and running in two weeks and designed like described in the job description. Once it's up and running create all the lead magnets needed. Why I'm interested: Starting off, I specialize in Wordpress development so when I saw this job description I bid right away. I have excellent english skills and am willing to work in order to create a beautiful website that will also be incredibly legible and fully functional. The Steps: First stage will be one in which we work together to find a design that will convey the message of the website. This is also a week in which we would transfer the existing website to a new web host. We will work closely with each other in choosing an appropriate Wordpress theme for your website. I will develop and flesh out how the website will need to function and it's aesthetics. This is a critical step in order to create a website that is not only beautiful, but relevant to the target audience. As soon as that is approved we will go to the next step. The next stage will be focused on creating the actual website. I will take the approved designs and create Wordpress templates and custom post types in order to make adding new articles and testimonials as easy as possible.
