We require the build of an expansive piece of software that will provide us with: 1) in depth stats and analysis platform of our Facebook ad campaigns 2) a lead management system to capture and distribute leads to clients 3) an administration system to look after invoice and contract send/creation etc. 4) a marketing prediction engine that factors in external events such as weather, sporting events, holidays etc. that can impact on marketing objectives. We envisage this project will require ongoing work and maintenance to help refine and improve the software once built. Real Estate Portal CRM, MySQL, Software Architecture, Graphic Design, HTML, PHP, Website Design Development Platforms Codelgniter, Cakephp , Zend, Core Php .net CMS, database Other eg AJAX Jquery javascript Html5 , XML The features are all mentioned by the client and provided by the client. The system also has 2 apps as well one for android and one for iOS. There will be a total of 18 websites and 1 admin panel for all of the sites. The UI/Designs/Features and working of all the 18 frontend websites will be same so that it can managed by single admin panel.  Qualified Profession freelancer 1.
