I need screen designed for a web based resource list that gathers and stores contact information and tools. The design goals are for something that is easy to navigate, modern design elememts, and functional on both mobile and desktop. Design should include: Design elements should be displayed similar in nature to Yelp or Google listings. Please write the word "pizza" in your quote so I know you read this. System Workflow The resource data collection, review, aggregation, and follow up will be completed using the following process: 1. Form letter, email, and digital promotion of resource registration will be sent to all community partners, stakeholder, and government offices. 2. All responding agencies will be syndicated, categorized, and formatted into a community resource list. This list will be sent to all responding organizations to ask for review of their information and any associated organization that are not currently listed. 3. After accounting for any suggested changes and additional entries the information will be converted to a dynamic database. 4. The information will be publicly published on the [login to view URL] website and emailed to all listed resources. 5. The digital listing will offer end users the ability to “suggest changes” to organization listing that will be shared to the database admin, project manager, and local CPS to verify information and make changes accordingly. 6. All participating organization as well as new additions will be contacted on a quarterly basis with their information listing to review and provide any changes necessary.
