I’m Mohammed Imtiazuddin. I have a bike rental agency in Vizag and I need a website with below features: Note: There are the features I thought of and I want you to suggest if there are more features that can be added. • Domain and hosting is also required. (Ever Green Travels//Ever Green Bike Rentals) • Landing page should be select city, area, pickup date&time and drop date&time to search and same should be available in filters for search results. 3 more features should be available in filters & sorting bike brand, bike model & price. Blacklisting a customer id with comments/reason should be available. • Login with social accounts & Login with OTP to email and phone in case forgot password. • Payment Gateway to accept payments - confirmation to me and customer via email, WhatsApp and sms. • Modify bookings - confirmation to me and customer via email, WhatsApp and sms. • Cancellations & Refunds - confirmation to me and customer via email, WhatsApp and sms. • Mobile friendly web app to open website in smart phones web browser. • List of bikes and its prices, T&C, FAQ, About, Contact Us pages. • WhatsApp Chat Bot like +91 22 6600 6022. • Email, WhatsApp and SMS notifications to customers before trip end time. • GPS trackers are already installed on the bikes, need to check the location of the bikes from admin panel. api will be provided. • I don’t want bookings overlapping. I mean 1 vehicle allotted to 2 customers. • Real time availability of vehicles. • Social Media Buttons Admin Panel Requirements • To manage bookings, payments (cancellations), block bikes in specific dates if we have offline bookings, to add vehicles and rates, etc. It’s like inventory for admin to manage. • Having ability to push notifications to Users • Dashboard with Website visitors count, view counts, Bookings total count, User count, Active and inactive users’ details, Monthly booking count, Day wise booking count, etc. all insights. • Apply discounts/hikes to all vehicles at once. • Social Bookmarking • Exporting users list, bikes list and uploading both should be available • Finally I would also need android app and ios app. Android app with admin controls.
