Website design - READ THE DETAILS BEFORE YOU BID

I'm looking for a skilled website designer that can help me design a new website for my company. I'm not looking for a coder, I',m looking for a designer! One that can walk me through the process of upgrading the look and feel of my current site. You must be good at finding relevant images to use, know about colours and combinations of these. There are a few 'fixed' items to be used in the new site. ( if the theme is a problem, let me know ) 1 .My current logo. 3. A new photo of me. 3. Video will be replaced by a new small video of me and a customer that will cycle on the frontpage as background, a photographer friend of mine will provide this. 5. Logos of a few of the suppliers I use. I'm self employed and the only employee in the company. I'm not trying to look like a big company. The customers I have are small companies without their own IT department, so whenever they need help, they contact me. - Keywords: Trustworthy, reliable, flexible and always available. I need you to come up with a suggestion on how the website can be structured in regards to final layout, colours etc. Your delivery will be done when I have a design document I can hand over to the developer and let him implement.
