web site development with some programming and payment integration

Hello Friends, Greetings, I need to design a website that has the following structure:- 1- A membership area , with registration page , an email and telephone number validation. 2- Payment integration with PayPal , cryptocurrency to offer sell my coin , and currency exchange with buy/sell with paypal , cc and Crypto-currency. 3- Home page with 10: 12 sub-pages. 4- A download load files after registration or as a guest. 5- A form to fill with data , for different types of reasons , such as media , investors ,,,,etc 6- A count down time for start of service 7- A counter of interested people filled the form for service notifications when service starts, number of purchases, a total amount of money paid for the service. 8- The possibility to set different prices of the sales/unit. ------- Developments stages:- 1- Web development 2- Filling web site with its data 3- Reviewing the site functionality and its contents 4- Final editing of the site and fixing any bugs -------- I have posted the requirements in some local websites, and if I don’t receive an attractive offer, I will not be able to complete the transaction here.
