With a large quantity of data, photos, blogs and other material on the owners existing real estate [login to view URL] now wish to make a new site, which updates our site to the latest technology, incorporating wordpress as the main platform. We are striving for a uniquely personal approach, and clean simple site which attracts buyers to use us to search for properties and make selections. It is important for us to aim for the top 3 places on google for Koh Samui Property, and other key words. So the site needs to be structured correctly, and SEO compliant. It needs to be the best on Koh Samui. Easy to update and maintain. As a niche player in the Koh Samui, Thailand real estate market, we wish to portray the image of a successful small company. Run by experienced professional who is very hands on. Actually we are running now for 10 years. So are an experienced player. The website will be owned and operated by its busy managing director and one other member of staff. We don't have staff! we rely on our website to generate leads, which we follow up. We want to select the best template, then adapt with plug in's and also coding to make it a wonderful experience for those that find us on Google and other platforms. The website provider must be a wordpress / SEO expert, have flair and the capability to work without much direction. She or he must follow the best practices, and structure the site to make it look beautiful, as well as uncomplicated. Expect the website provider to have made other suitably presented real estate websites, which are ahead of the local and international competition.
