Success Map Illustration

Hi all, I'm a business consultant and I specialise in helping companies with their business strategy and help them become really successful. I have created a training programme to help them track set their goals and track progress and I want them to be able to visualise their business journey as if it was a journey to the top of mount Everest. I need to produce an A0 sized illustration that charts a journey from the start point (their current business) to their destination (the business of their dreams, to get there its hard....a bit like climbing Everest!!!) I have drawn an image which needs making better! and bigger. I plan to give a copy of this to my students so they have a big visual on the wall with boxes on there that they can fill in. You will notice on the attached, on the left is the start point (a business building) and on the right there is a mountain (Everest) and a route in between. there are sharp jagged boxes (obstacles) and cloud like boxes (opportunities) and there are 3 groups of 3 circles along the route (the top of the mountain group of 3 are "3 year goals" at the bottom of the mountain "2 year goals" half way along the route "1 year goals" the circle right at the top of the mountain above the 3 circles is a "10 year goal". There are smaller circles between the business building and the 1 years goals. These are milestones, there should be 12 of them, 3 every 90 days, and there is a 3 year timeline and compass at the bottom of the picture. The boxes in the upper left are all supposed to be the same size, and probably a bit bigger. from top left moving right, the first one needs a label inside the box at the top (to leave space for writing) "Key Activities" then moving right "unique ability" then "Communication Channels", "customers", "Relationship" and finally "revenue" then underneath from the left we have "Partners" "Systems" and "costs" I'd like it to be colourful but business like. but it must scale to A0.
