Sock Designer - Looking to make some rad socks

Ok, here is the plain and simple idea. I need someone who knows how to design socks, thats right socks. I am looking to find a supplier to produce some limited run socks for a side project that I am trying to start. What I am looking for - Someone who knows the ins & outs of this industry and can design some rad stuff at the same time. Someone who knows what materials would be best used for performance, color range, stitching patterns, etc.. Not looking for just someone to make a pretty picture (Although that helps) Branding is in te works and we have landed on a name, just need to develop a logo or brand mark to go along with it. Looking to develop 3-6 designs and production will be based on costs. Ideal sock would be something that you can wear all day and be comfortable when you are at the gym, riding your bike, skating, or just bumming around on a Sunday afternoon. Think of a sock that has some thickness to it. (Not looking for those thin business socks) Cool and unique patterns/designs. looking to have some fun with patterns and clors. (not looking for pictures of a dog on my sock, even thoguh my dog is the best looking dog out there) Think, fun, hip, cool, brand. So who has this backgroun out there? I am currently living in Amsterdam, but come from the States.
