I need someone who is dedicated to develop me a fully functioning social media site. This is highly complex site and I need someone whos dedicated to develop this as per my requirements. its appearance needs to be something like xenforo /php site but more friendly looking but will have complex rules. The site will have 52 towns , but the exact same layout for each town, giving the user a local home feeling , but yet some parts will be connected with the rest of the towns. so some sections are local and the rest is shared. This will have 12 categories , and a business directory , I intend to make revenue by allowing local business to list locally or other nearby towns or nationally. Applicants from south Asian background preferred buy I will work with anyone who can deliver and build this for me. Only serious applicants to apply and no timewasters please
