Shopify Expert needed!

It is an apparel/accessories drop-shipping website, I have an idea of almost anything that should be done. I have some ideas that would like to implement and see on my website. I need to make the website fully ready before I start advertising for it and promoting it digitally. I have an idea in the bottom area of the website, to make a place where people can customize/ upload their own designs and order the t-shirt or whatever product it. I will be focusing on t-shirts and clothes since its a number one apparel and clothing website, but I will including other products that they can print on. Also, I'd like to provide like suggestions for them, like special designs or something like that, or if they have an idea, we can offer them our service in designing their logo or design for an extra fee. I need also help with integrating apps, and covering the shipping/pricing/tracking/customer-support/websites rating... all those stuff! The most important part is that I want to create categories and subcategories, in the top of the website, I almost have a complete idea for all what we need to do, I just want an expert, that knows what's going on, and make it just happen and do it for me! Generally, I want a well looking, professional and a legitimate website, where people can feel safe and happy shopping from us! Thank you!
