Optimize Website

The first thing you should do about it is move away from GoDaddy. GoDaddy is famous for slow hosting. Their servers are overloaded with lots of websites and you cannot even do the optimization you want. I will recommend Amazon to you. A common perception is AWS is very costly but believe me its not. I have 4 servers on AWS myself and they are up and running 24 hour and 365 days a year. I pay around $9 per month for a LInux server and it is fully dedicated to me. Even more for first one year you dont need to pay anything. Once we have moved to AWS it will be easier to find out what other issues your site has. if you agree, please let us start asap.
