Need to redesign my site layout and add some small new updates

I'm looking for experience PHP developer who has experience in Google APIs with many projects similar like [login to view URL] or airbnb.com...

1. My project needs to re-layout from existing one (over 25 layouts). I will give you my design layouts on PPT file or you can propose from your templates. Actually, new updated layout will NOT change content of each page, just change its position on layout only.

2. Updating new functions: add 06 new functions

(Not asking for integrate Online payment APIs because it's existing)

- Push notifications in admin to users, and from vendors to customers.

- Add Push notification for vendors then pay monthly fees (deduce from vendor's account).

- Pay per click (deduce from vendor's account for every click).

- Add vendor address then pay monthly fees (deduce from vendor's account).

- Save Google Place IDs to database then release when new users search the same IDs

- Change email if user wants
