I need a new website

I need a new website. I need you to design and build a website for my small business. Hello everyone! I'm about to start a small business and need a fast, clear and simple way to comunicate what I'm supplying, to my future clients. The thing is a luggage storage place in Lisbon city centre, in a shop at subway doors, (from where you can get from airport direct and fast), the place will have also a rest area, toilets, wi-fi, luggage care, drinks and snacks and direct link by transfer to the airport by the end of the days for late costumers, or leaving late night. The opening and closing times are from 9am. to 8pm. and from 7 to 8pm, you can only whtidraw luggage, no deposit. Overnight luggage are permitted with previous paymen. Luggage lockers are 3 sizes - M, L, XL, and correspondent prices are: M - 4€/5hours, 8€/11hours L - 5€/5hours, 10€/11hours XL - 6€/5hours, 12€/11hours Total capacity of 100 lockers. Booking online possible, website in Englis and French. The most important thing about it is the location as it is the most strategic in Lisbon for travellers to access it, so I would like to have a make and the possibility of driving throughout the map my future clients, from airport to my place. The shop location is at Rua da Horta seca 9, 1200 Lisbon I'm thinking about to open it in next 15/20 march and it is very important to have someone who can handle the SEO, to promote the business.
