Need to design a web based system that can facilitate the following : Events and Venue Bookings and student information database

Need a web based application. We manage several Sports Fascilities. These fascilities have two source of income. 1. Rental of Venues for sports venue 2. Rental of advertisement spaces at venues 3. keep track of student athletes that take place in our School tournaments What we need: 1. We need to be able to have an application that can help us do bookings by date and times as well as record rental price and customer who [login to view URL] be able to create a daily, weekly, and monthly, quarterly and annual report showing revenues by venue and by customer. Application also needs to be able to alert when a date is already booked but allow for mulitple times on the same date to be booked. Also need to be able to print invoices for rentals 2. We need to be able to track the advertsiment spaces that are rented and track the customers who rent as well as the payments that are due or over due . We also need to be able to produce reports on this as well. System needs to be able to attach copy of contracts or rental agreement to customer profiles. 3. Keep customer profile. Name, Address, contact info, etc. 4. We need a seperate web based database but which is connected to the same dashboard as the event venue module which keeps track of student athletes that participate in our school tournaments We have 5 different school tournaments that we host country wide between 6 districts we need a database that keeps the following information 1. Register Schools that participate in our school tournaments School Name School Contact Information District/Municipality 2. Keep record of students by school, municipality and district Students Info: Picture, Name, Date of Birth, Address, School , District and SPORT Tournament Participating in ( Note some Students may participate in more than one sports , however we dont want duplication of students in the database) , we also need to be able to attach files to each student entry - such as Birtch Cirtificate and Social Security Card/ID. We also need the system to be able to create a student identification card based on a template and the student information in the database. We need to be able to print reports based on student info which can be filterted for example by district or by age or by sport discipline We will provide access to a remote server where this system should be [login to view URL] needs to have an administrative back end and a user front end where sports coordinators can log in and input student information or Clecks can log in and enter venue details.
