Need assistance with Website works

Need someone expert in weebly platform for the website to work on it, On my website there will be jobs need to be done, platform i use for the website is, Weebly, which you need to be expert at working with this platform, jobs including fixing some banners, fixing some options while uploading items on web,there are about 5000 photos a bit less or more that need to be uploaded on website, each item has four or three photos for it, website is for selling cloth and jewellery, so you need to have great sense of fashion and clothing with great english skills specially in english writing as you need to describe each item you uploading(dresses, menswear, jewellery) based the photo of them you see, i send you examples also, and adding all required options when uploading each item this includes choice of colours more than 19 or 17 colours, having size chart, size option, descriptions of items, details, add to bag, recently viwed option, you might like aslo... to suggest item similar to what they clicked on, sign up with facebook and sign up with details option, have the top page be visible as scrolling down, bottom page to have a advertising sale note i will tell you how when i award you, I need a" Find your fit" bottom/option to be on my website like the example I have which need to be designed to give online access to get your fit size for clothing online exactly like the example i can show you later, you need to describe them one by one based on your own knowledge and research to do as you wish up to you how you get it done i just want the final result to be perfect exactly like what i ask for. I need to be able to be in touch with you on time so you be online all times to communicate. It is your responsibility to ask me frequently questions about this job but I will take my time to response it might be even more days but i will get back to you as I can yet it wont be reason you would stop working so means I need a reliable responsible person for this job. make sure the bid you put is what you exactly want for this job so i dont have to message to 1000 people and say they have more money request they just wanted to put less money so i would message them because you wont get the job as i will know you are not reliable enough, you must also have good english skills so we wont have miscommunication problems or descriptions done on web for items must be done perfectly.
