Make a comic book.

I am looking for someone that an make a comic book that I will then add into a phone game. To start with 15 pages, each one 6 to 8 panels (or less depending on the story) I have a main character (Terry the turtle) is in the game already that will be the main hero, and a few basic ideas for the story and story ark that will be very eco-friendly with a panda as the main villain polluting the sea beaches of the world and more , the game is for all ages so nothing to dark, more funny and a need to get to the next page to know if Terry is safe, get past the problems, cleans the beach, and so on, need things to be soap opera style to keep the story and many sub story's ongoing. I will give you an outline of the objects that are in the game for each page, and you can use or not use them in the story as needed. Happy bidding
