Create a folder that looks like the picture I uploaded. Make it animated in a way that when you click on the top tab of the folder (where the horses name goes) it folds straight down to show a tabs for record keeping (like the picture I uploaded). But the tabs will be named, a total of 4 PEDIGREE, RACE RECORD SALE INFO, SYNDICATE, OR HOMEBRED. Which ever I chose AUCTION SALES The folder itself must be in navy color. The lettering of the tabs in yellow. Since I will be needed to use this template hundreds of times, I will need the foundation. The creation of the profile. After that I must be able to save and edit the information in the template. I must be able to have the option to upload a picture for each horse (if needed) for each profile I create. I know this sounds like alot of work, but I believe it to be really basic and simple. Again, your just creating the template. All information I will add. I may want to add drop-downs. Not sure. Please be in the NY area. No offense to anyone, but If i need to meet you to show you exactly what I am looking for, then being close to me helps. This template must be a widget that works for my website. If not a widget, then the template must be in jpeg or gif
