My company owns land in Texas, USA and is dividing up the land into individual homesites. We will be marketing the homesites to families looking for second homes or retirement homes. I am looking for someone who can take CAD files from my engineer that contain site plans/drawings of all the homesites and remove several layers of engineering data and markings and then turn the site plan into a marketing piece for potential buyers. There will be 3 or 4 variations. It would require taking a portion of land area, adding color to specific areas of the plan, adding the project logo, adding street names, lot numbers, etc onto the exhibit. These new exhibits will be placed on a web site that has not been created yet so will have to be in a format that would be appropriate to the website as well as standard printers. The individual must be competent in CAD software. I will provide the design decisions relative to colors and fonts etc so we do not need a designer/artist per se. Can you assist me.
