Help me build a better website through squarespace

Hello, we are a multimedia content production company and have a fully functional website in [login to view URL], the problem is that it only shows our team and our videos, we make 360 videos, pictures, creativity, model agency etc. I am sure we could improve the website, but we dont have much time, Im looking for a person that understands the look and feel we are lloking, modern, top of the line content. I also need someone to help us optimize the navigation and SEO. I want it to be in squarespace and i want it to follow the same look and feel we are using but someone who dominates squarespace and helps us build a more complete site. Im attaching our business presentation which hand in hand with the actual website, should contain eveything.
