Graphic-Designer and/or Photoshop master to create a reusable photo filter action

Las Vegas startup needs a talented Graphic-Designer and/or Photoshop master to create a reusable photo filter action. Description of the Photoshop Action: This action will take a photo opened in Photoshop and apply filter layers to create a side-by-side before and after effect of the original photo. The before photo will be on the left and the after photo will be on the right. The effect of the photo on the right must give the photo a cleaner, brighter and over all more favorable appeal to the person viewing it. More details about the purpose of the before and after photo and the context of the photos that will undergo this filtering process will be provided to you after screening. Right now we just need a capable designer that is confident in their ability to do this type of technically challenging task with Photoshop. We don't need just one before and after image, we need an automated solution for creating multiple before and after photos with a specific context in mind. Bonus points if a user can make some minor adjustments when using the action settings during the filtering process - basically, the action will pause and show an optional window where you can fiddle with some settings (i.e. make the after image brighter, or shinier than the default result).
