Graphic Designer for a Social Impact Travel Startup

[login to view URL] offers thousands of experiences in 80 countries. We believe that by 2020, every trip itinerary will include at least a half-day activity with a cause. We are looking for a brilliant, motivated graphic designer to join our team. Role and responsibilities -Design new webpages -Assure brand consistency across all channels -Design email campaigns based on existing elements and/or from scratch -Create marketing materials -Create impactful visuals to promote [login to view URL] on social media -Initiate and innovate! We encourage ideas and suggestions and the opportunity to grow within our company Knowledge, skills, and abilities -At least 2 years experience in UI/UX design -Experience in email marketing design (basic HTML & CSS knowledge required) -Experience in print design -Fluent in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign -Ready to take on the monumental challenge of disrupting the travel industry by allowing direct booking from nonprofit providers on the ground, bypassing third party travel companies. -Creative and attentive to detail, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills -High degree of self-motivation. Must be able to plan and execute work both independently and as a team member. -Knowledgeable about foreign languages and cultures -Familiar with and excited to work in a fast-paced startup environment -Ability to prioritize and manage several tasks at once. -Must be a fast learner and self-starter Timeline & Commitment: This is a remote, full-time position.
