We have an online shopping mall to be launched in Mid March and want to have Giftcard solution for our website.
So simply, we will sell the card with money topped up and customers can buy via our website (by entering barcode number?) or visit us to pay (also entering barcode number by us online? or via credit card terminal machine or by scanning the barcode(depends if available).
In our website admin, we will need have screen to manage the giftcard value, usage, etc.
I upload draft plan to explain in bit detail. But it is open for expert to develop in a better way.
