Generic Real Estate Brochures/Flyers

Hello, I work for a print company based out of Australia. We are looking for a graphic designer to do some freelance work. We do a lot of marketing material for real estate agencies to promote their listings. I have attached samples of these so you can get a better understanding of the products. There is a 4pp brochure, a double sided A4 and some DL flyers. I want to create some images of these that we can use to market our products to other real estate agencies. The only samples we have at the moment are all branded with difference agencies logos/colours. Since I'll be using these images to promote the products to a variety of agencies I want to create some generic designs. Instead of logo maybe place something like 'Logo Here' instead so people can visualise how they'll look. I need to create a generic 4pp square brochure (210x210mm) + A4 double sided brochure + DL double sided flyer. I'd want flat copies of each side but also want them laid out in a format that is presentable for our marketing material (see attached files saved as 'laid out examples'). Most of our marketing has a colour theme of cyan and magenta. So for the design of the generic brochures I'd suggest using cyan in the colouring so when we use these images in our marketing it will hopefully tie in with the rest of our brand.
