eBay Store and Listing Template Design

Hello, We require an experienced web designer to create an eBay store design and accompanying listing template for a new eBay store. The design for both Store Front and Listing Template will be provide on sketched drawing. Potential candidates must have had experience designing an eBay store before and a portfolio of eBay store and listing designs will be required. If you have not designed an eBay store and template before please do no apply for the project as you will not be considered. Some of the requires of the store and template include: 1. Header and Footer for listing templates 2. Dynamic Store Categories 3. eBay store search box 4. Watch item button and Email a friend 5. A Dynamic CSS drop down menu on listing template with top 5 categories showing with dropdown of sub categories 6. Image showcase section with thumbnails (lightbox style) 7. Product Description section 8. Policy CSS tabbed section at the bottom, About Us, Delivery, Returns etc 9. Images of categories for store front. We need an immediate start on this project and require it delivered within 5-7 working days minimum. Our budget is $400 maximum.
