Drag & Drop Web Site Design with Members

I am wanting you to build me a website that allows for members to sign up automatically and upload some photos & text and it all to be searchable . I am a father who has not seen his daughter for more than two years ( she is 8 years old) and there are many men out there like me who have been alienated from their children. My idea is that a father could create a page for himself and his children and when the child goes to our website whererudad? they can type in their fathers name (or their name) and they will see a mini profile and a note written for them from their lost father ( with the hope that the child will want to re-connect with the father) I have been researching drag and drop web site builders like wild apricot, six, weekly and member pro but none allow us to be able to show all the children and fathers on the front page as little icons. DO you think you can help ? Facebook may help the integration for the child to find the dad . the idea is an extension of what i created for my daughter [login to view URL] after other alienated parents thought it was a good idea ... i thought it would be even better if we were all listed together, making it more enticing for our children to search for themselves or their father. I am funding this myself and have not much money so if you are a big company used to creating websites for corporates I will not be able to afford your services.
