I have a book with 4-8 pages that i would like designed, I can provide some images, and stock logos and images that need to be used, you need to be able to follow a specific colour scheme, but also bring out your design flare.
Work can be ongoing I want some one that can do the job on time with guidlines adheared to. I want some one that can get it down right in the first few goes initially then laters on i just need to send pictures and details through. work needs a quick turn around.
I have added some files as examples, pleae let me know if you can modify them to my own design and colours styles etc. I will provide the information via dropbox, also we will share files via dropbox if possible.
I want you to be able to improve the already designed items, to make it more attention grabbing. I will also provide raw images which backgrounds need to be removed.
At times i will provide a sketch of what i want and you can use your own skills to develop.
Please type 'duck' at the start of your proposal so i know you read all of this, if you didnt you definatly wont get the job.
if you can also provide any specific work that you may have done for real estate before that would get you close to getting the job. please dont post your generic proposals.
