Convert Logo into different formats, sizes and transparencies

we require our existing logo to be converted into the following variations.
1) Provide 2 versions of our Logo, one that can be used on Light and one that can be used on Dark Backgrounds
2) Provide a further 2 versions of our Logo, one with "Tune your bike to the Limit" and one without this text
3) Provide another version of the above variations of our Logo that is transparent, so it can be placed on top of other images.
4) Provide all of the above versions in small, medium, large and large print ready resolution
5) Provide all of the above sizes and variations in the following different formats: .jpg, .gif, .png, .ai, .eps, .pdf, .svg, .ico
A sample of our logo is attached, we will provide photo shop files of the complete design to the successful freelancer so they can use these to produce the different versions of the files as specified above.
