Cleveland Chamber Choir Website Update

we have a current website on Weebly that was built by one of our singers and we have received a fair amount of negative content. We would like to improve our website to match what users expect, but we still want to be able to maintain it ourselves (i.e. change content). I'm looking to pay for an assessment of what can be done to improve the site, and then some estimates on what it would take to implement. [login to view URL] is our current site.
