currently i have a website but it is a temples based website, i need a catchy website with both informative , data managing , intelligent marketing with some features of e- commerce, type website. but we have few special conditions - as we have earlier hired a company for website and we have not got what we have paid for, so now we will only work on these few special terms, first of all we want to introduce ourselves as a startup - so we are very low on budget, but on a promissory note , if your work worth fruitful we will definitely look forward to it. we will make payment only after the completion of the project and after full satisfaction, after finalizing the freelance , we will have an agreement for the work order, and the doer should take full responsibility of the project throughout. if it is possible then only one can apply. freshers may also try but the project should be done with in a limited time frame.
