Build A Website and social media bot

I want to create a membership-based social media website which will include a Twitter and Instagram Bot. I would prefer for it to be created on Shopify,Wix,Ning,or Social Engine if possible. The website is made for social promotion. How the Site will work Users purchase a membership for access to the site. They then are paired with other members of the website daily and both users are required to repost content submitted through their profiles. If they like whomever they are paired with, they can add the person to their friends' list to have a higher probability of being paired with this person again. The core functionalities I need this website to have are the following: -Members have profiles other members can see and can send friend requests to. -Directory of all Members of the Website. -All social media bots will be connected to each member profile. -Notifications similar to Instagram, twitter, etc Social Media Bot 1)Members are assigned fellow site members to interact with over Twitter and Instagram. The Bot will send their assignment through notifications on their account, text, and email. 2)The bot will check the member's social media account to see if the interaction was made 3)The bot will notify the member if the interaction was not made 4)The bot will post make the interaction on the person's behalf if the interaction was not made 5)The Bot will suspend the user from being able to submit a link of their own a specific time period if the interaction was not made If you have any other questions, feel free to reach out.
