Website Development Requirements: * Existing website: [login to view URL] * Reference the website design layout to [login to view URL] * Build a database (SQL with Wordpress) to allow users to log into the website to view content. Need users to provide their own email addresses which will be used as username. Also need password. * Provide a backend panel for site admins to upload content (ex. files, images, videos, connect to third-party applications). * We will be using third party applications, such as Google Drive and Canvas for file and content storage * Just FYI…Canvas - a third-party application that functions like an online classroom. It will be a platform where users will use to submit homework online to. * Build a calendar on the website that looks like a google calendar, retrieves homework deadline data from Canvas and shows in the calendar, send email notifications as reminders when it is 3 days near the homework deadline and when it is actually due * Build a Job section on the website that retrieves and shows data from [login to view URL] and http://dice.com. Provide filters to users to confuter by contract jobs and salary level * Plug in Google Analytics in every page of the website to allow site admins to understand where traffic and referrals come from, also show user locations, traffic patterns. * Provide Facebook login integration * UI/UX needs to be user friendly for both users and site admins to self-serve, manage (i.e. provide us a control back end panel), and customize in the future
