Build a Website

Hi I am hoping you can help. I am looking for someone to help finish off building my website and get it live. I used a site similar to this one a few weeks ago and unfortunately the person did not do a complete good job. So as it stands I have a Bluehost website, which is not linked to my Wordpress account (they did this but it has now severed itself) no links to social pages on icons (which were supposed to have been on there) I need my brand logo attached to the landing page, an email subscribers page set up, the ability to have ads (they told me all that was needed was a plug in for this and I can't seem to activate it) and also get it set live. I am finishing off the content for it by Sunday July 16th - so it will all be sitting there ready to go. I just then need someone to go in and sort out the tech stuff and rectify the mess that seems to have been left by the person who looked at it before. I would like to get the website live latest on July 21st - so that would be five days to work through any blips which throw themselves up. The site itself is a lifestyle site aimed at women aged between 35 - 45 - and will have videos, affiliate marketing links etc so you will have some idea of the content you would be working with. Ultimately it will earn money so I want to set it up in such a way to grow traffic and sell product. I've been a journalist for 20 years and worked with online for five - but never at the back end. I would love the person who takes on this project to give me some basic education in what they are actually doing - as the main problem with the person before is they refused to communicate with me and gave no explanation of what they were doing and why they did it and how to sort it out if it goes wrong. If you think this is something that might work for you I would love you to take it on. And I am sure that if the work goes well and my website is a success (fingers crossed) there would be some kind of ad hoc regular gig involved as and when I need to get stuff done. My understanding from those in the know is this is not a complicated job for someone who is skilled in this area. Thanks so much
