The employer will post the ad on the “live job board” with a brief snapshot of which Industry, position title and essential criteria and what fee range they are happy to pay. Once a job is posted, it is live and visible for recruiters to review and come back with candidates. I’m a recruiter This is for recruitment agencies to view and engage with employers that a seeking candidates. As a recruiter, you will review the industry, what position title and candidate experience is necessary to guarantee a “send out”. You will choose the jobs which are most in line with your current talent pool and be able to quickly get engagement with an employer.
