Build an analytics dashboard and app. Build an analytics dashboard that can Provide data visualization for an Interior design and construction business with multiple offices in different countries. Each office must be able to access the system for data input for various projects, through the use of templates which are currently written in word and excel. Each project will also have its own unique identification number. The templates are to be web based and stored on a cloud as part of the dashboard system. Multiple clients are to enter the system using their password. Each client may have different permissions for the same project. The clients will enter the system to receive data reports in a visual format either on their iphones or computer screens, thus the system must be mobile responsive and API enabled to allow for an app to be designed and built. An example of some back end interface enclosed. Preference is for the “simple responsive admin” theme. Though this is not essential. It will be stored on a cloud thus I will require the freelancer to do the following. 1. Work with the employer to design and build the dashboard system meeting our specs. PHP coding. 2. Use the excel and word report templates provided to make the back-end templates to be used by the back-end user to enter data which will be accessible in downloadable report format as well as visual dashboard format. The reports will be accessible to the client in form format as well as on the dashboard page where a breakdown will be available in pictorial/ visual format. 3. Recommend a service for hosting where the employer will open an account and freelancer to upload the system for testing by the employer. 4. Employer to point out bugs and Freelancer to work with employer to repair all coding bugs until system is running smoothly. 5. Design app framework and code accordingly to allow the client access to the dashboard system logging in with their account and password. App also should allow some back-end reporting but not full function. Quote prices to be broken down as follows. 1. Iphone/android responsive dashboard project including report templates copied from existing templates. Upload on host server. Work with end user to resolve all technical bugs until system fully operational. 2. App design and build to be quoted as a separate project upon completion of phase 1.
