2 Blogs on WordPress Needed (development of a template all done, have got all html & css for post blocks) + need it for my mobile site version

I have got a template for a website (on Wordpress) that needs some blog-style workout for few pages - BLOG and WORKS, where I can post my YouTube videos, pictures, and some text.
- Also, that blog needs to have two different post styles (as it's shown on an attached picture) in the loop, following after each other and changing after each other automatically (have marked it RED on an attached picture...1-2-1-2-1-2...)
- I have got each block ("1" white and "2" blue), they all matching my template design (the whole page and footer goodly stretching/ moving by height), so no need for development there.
- They (blocks) are all have fixed sizes.
- No need "single page for each page" features, just need all posts together from a specific category on a page.
Also, I will need to have 15 posts maximum on pages, so there need to be 1,2,3,4... (number list) on the UP and DOWN as it's shown on the attached picture.
+ need that performance on a mobile version of my website.
+ need additional post tab in my admin panel for "Blog" and "Works" pages.
