We're looking for a fulltime designer who can work with us for 6-8 hours a day for 5 days a week, the requirements are listed below: The designer would be responsible for illustrating concepts to be used on various kinds of apparel and merchandise. The candidate should be well versed with principles of design and have good understanding of colour theory. They should be familiar with famous design trends and be able to put themselves in the shoes of the consumer while designing to help enhance the end user experience. The designer needs to be efficient in working in a fast environment with tight deadlines and think on their feet. Someone who has worked on similar projects is a plus. They should be true to the work and not compromise on the quality of the delivered design. You'll be working directly with our head designer who will help you understand each of the design briefs and be the point of contact for the feedback loop for designs before signing them off. The design concepts would be shared with you by us after which you would be required to execute those design and deliver them in the required format. Deliverables: 1. Final design in PNG (300 PPI, CMYK) format 2.
