Add simple order online page to my website

I’m looking for someone to add a simple ordering process for customers online.
Currently people call our business and can order one of 9 products for collection the next day.
No payment gateway is needed. Only ordering online.
Orders placed online should be emailed a confirmation of their order and the order sent by email to us.
I also want to offer delivery for a fixed charge within a user defined post codes that I will provide yo and want to be able to edit the post codes from time to time. However 3 of the products I would like to set a minimum order quality where no delivery charge is added unless one of the other 6 products is added.
Sometimes our product isn’t available so I would like to be able to disable dates when this occurs and increase lead time on occasions.
orders for pickup or delivery will have a 3hr window
i.e. 7am-10am, 10am-1pm, 1pm-4pm
The order online section will be excluded from the top menu’s but two buttons saying order online will be needed on the webpage.
The current website is built on wordpress.
