Graphic Design for Breast Augmentation Website

Hi, We have a requirement for a skilled designer to create a website mockup in Photoshop (initial concepts would be delivered in PNG or JPG). The website is for a plastic surgeon specialising in breast implants/augmentation/lifts. We will provide you with some original model photos (non nude) and other professional images that we already have. The purpose of the website will be for lead generation. There are two purposes. To make the phone right or to complete a lead generation form. The design needs to be premium in terms of look and feel. Attention to detail is extremely important. We would require the following pages to be designed. Home Page Landing Page Blog Post Page Blog Category Page Contact Page We already have a developer who can build the site. Your scope is purely design. The design MUST be responsive to work in smart phones (iPhone and Samsung at least), Tablets (iPad and other leading tablets) and obviously desktop browsers. You will have experience in designing strong lead generation websites. This is vital and a must if you are to be hired. We will be making another 5 or 10 of these sites in the next 12 months, so you need to deliver you best with the view of joining us on the other projects as well. The design of the site will make sure of premium colours and Black will be the core colour (making use or silver/gold and white colours too). Remember, we don't need website development. We only need design. Our developer will cut up the design and make the CSS to drive the site. Don't bother bidding at the high end for the sake of bidding high. You must be able to show a portfolio of brilliant designs (that are lead generation).
