Projects - Projects are free for the business to upload, but will be able to purchase ad-ons - Businesses to upload projects filling in a form. (field are required) - Must sign-up or long at the end in order to submit the project, but have the choice to sign - up/log in whenever - Files will be able to be uploaded - Pictures must be able to be uploaded – show pictures instead of file - The person uploading the project would be able to choose up to a month (30 days) - The customer that uploaded a project will be able to review and compare each student that has applied for that project based on feedback scores, College course , Year they are in, pictures of before and after jobs that has been completed, and the description of the student has uploaded - The business uploading a project will be able to choose from a selection of ad-ons e.g featured, spotlight, full time ect.. - The students can apply for a projects by simple submitting a proposal Job Board - The is a job board where companies can upload jobs designed for students part and full time - Students can refine their search by area, salary, hours ect.. - Business can upload jobs by selecting different packages e.g 1 add for £20 3 for £50 ect. Career Centre - Companies can upload apprenticeships, grad programs and work placements Not 100% sure how this function will work, but probably very similar to job board Payment system - Businesses will pay the students through the website, the money will be held until the businesses is happy to release the funds to them (milestones) – we take a small fee under 10% - There will be a small fee for uploaded and withdrawing funds - Will accept card details and paypal - Job board adds will need to pay in advance before the job goes live as will any add-ons brought when uploading a project Message System - The students can contact the business through our website at any time, by clicking on the message button on the students page - Must be real time e.g if the customer sends a message it will show straight away in the trader’s messages without refreshing the page - Both students and businesses can save messages and delete messages, unless they have a project, but would probably work better to have some kind of overall management system for open projects which messages will be uploaded into - Students and businesses get an overall 1gb space for their account Social Media Integration: - User will be able to share the project details in Social Media sites such as FaceBook/Twitter/Linked IN & Google Plus - Students will be able to share their profile, feedback ect.. Other key features - Analytics - Number of students and businesses signed up, age range, sex, university or college, what they are studying plus more – these details will be filled in when they sign up Admin Panel: - User Management Section: Here administrator can manage all types of user (Students/business). Admin can individually publish/unpublish/block user, edit user, delete user etc - Project Management: Here administrator can manage all the projects. He can edit, delete, publish, unpublish, review each and every project - Job management: Here administrator can manage all the jobs. He can edit, delete, publish, unpublish, review each and every job - Career management: Here administrator can manage all the career. He can edit, delete, publish, unpublish, review each and every career - Payment Management: Here administrator can review and manage all the payments made through the site - Newsletter Management: Here administrator can create and send newsletter to the users. Admin also can upload template for the newsletter. Can view the Newsletter statistics etc - Website advertisement: Here is where admin can control the adds on the website, view engagement, clicks and change ads; location, size and ads Please note that I would only need a basic model to begin with as it will be in beta mode for 12 months
