Convert PDF to Powerpoint

Hello, I am looking for help converting the attached PDF to Power Point format. The goal is to copy the text from the PDF and add to Powerpoint in editable text format. Then copy the separate images from the graphics on each page and paste them onto the powerpoint page.
I don't want you to spend a lot of time cleaning the edges of images or outlining them perfectly. The goal is to get this done as efficiently as possible.
Here are more detailed instructions:
Page 1 - Cover page: copy graphic in lower left corner, and paste into powerpoint. copy Operation Saving Face graphic and paste to powerpoint. trace the outline of the Face image and paste to powerpoint
Page 2 - FOOTER - Create a footer for the document using Powerpoint tools. The background color should be the same. The text should be PPT text and same color. Operation Saving Face logo should be a graphic pasted on the right. The rest of the pages will use this footer as well.
Page 2 Content: Trace the face image and paste to PPT. Copy the text and then add to PPT using Powerpoint text tools.
Page 3 Layout: Trace the greenish image on the left side of the page and paste into Powerpoint. Copy the box graphic and add to PPT. Copy the text and add to PPT using Powerpoint tools.
Page 4 - Create bullet point list that is similar format using PPT tools. Add the text. Copy the image.
The remaining pages will all be similar format.
Some of the graphics, Page 7 for example, extend below the background of the footer image. If this is the case, then just copy as much of the graphic as possible without including the footer graphic
