I need a logo for a home construction/remodeling company. - repost

I am looking for someone with excellent logo design skills to translate a drawn logo to digital format and to fix it as well. Feel free to give your feedback and to adjust the design according to what you think may look better. The logo must be in high resolution, and I will also need the source files in whatever format, photoshop, illustrator, etc. If I like what you create you will get more design work with some website graphics, a magazine, and a tri-fold brochure that I need designed as well. But for now I need a logo. Please be flexible with revisions. I might not need a revision but I would like for you to make it available. Also, please submit a portfolio of you past works/logos. I am looking to spend in the $30 range for something quick. This is a simple logo design in high resolution. This logo would possibly be used for a t-shirt and/or a business card. Please base your design off of the image labeled "final draft," but base your color off of the "logo color idea image." Just to clarify the logo a little bit: the letters R and P should be created out of the empty space resulting from the white carved out house. And remember, this design is not set in stone, so please advise and feel free to submit multiple samples. Thanks! In addition - I will be posting a magazine design sometime next week or possibly this weekend please be on the lookout for that project. It will be a remodeling/new home construction magazine showcasing the past works of the company. Please contemplate the pricing for 10 pages, 15 pages, 20 pages and 25 pages. I don't know how many pages will be required but if you would be capable of designing such a magazine please let me know your approximate fee for that as well, but keep in mind the the official bidding will take place on this website as a listed project, so once again, be on the lookout for that.
