Olx type ECommerce Android App Development

I need an Android app. I would like it designed and built. If you can develop this project of Android or IOS or Web Development within 10 days only then ping me. Source code will be our property. Signup should be done with Otp authentication for Mobile and eMail id. There should be one panel Customer panel and seller panel is same. Admin panel will be on web. Users can see their dashboard for their products listed for sale or an products they purchased. By the time of sign up, app should ask user that you are customer or seller. It should work like olx where anybody can buy or sell. User can even chat with any product owner. Product owner us that person who posted the ad to sell any product. There should be a feature where anybody just click any photo of any old or new product and upload it on our app and it's listing should be live instantly and available for other users to purchase it. When any user click on any product, it's features of chat should be opened. Customer should get an option to post any feedback or rating after making the payment of any product. After customer purchasing any product by making the payment or on COD, a notification should go to our delivery agent, delivery agent then go to the product owner to pickup the product. If any user post any negative feedback then only that customer or admin only can remove that rating or feedback. Rating should be calculated between 1-5 stars on percentage wise. Where 1 star rating is equal to 20% rating. If any product is sold then it's listing owner should and customer both should get notifications by SMS, push notification and receipt or invoice on email. Admin should have right to add or block any user. Customer can chat with customer care also. As soon as customer post any customer query then a ticket number should be generated. Admin should have the option to reply to any ticket number or close any ticket number. Remaining features we will discuss later.
