Hi, It looks like the problem is your conversion tracking is not set up correctly in GA4. You need to further set up your eCommerce tracking in Google Tag Manager. Check the destination URLs in your ads to ensure that they are properly tagged with the Google Ads conversion tracking code. Ads conversion status not verified: Make sure that you have added the Google Ads conversion tracking code to your WooCommerce thank you page, where users are redirected after completing a purchase. Check if the conversion tracking code is working correctly by testing it with Google's Tag Assistant Chrome extension or Google Analytics Debugger. If the conversion tracking code is still not verified, try creating a new conversion action in your Google Ads account and use the new conversion tracking code on your WooCommerce site. Analytics doesn't trigger the pre-set 'purchase' event: Check if the purchase event is properly configured in Google Tag Manager. Make sure that the tag is set up to fire on the correct trigger (e.g. page view, click, or custom event). Check if the purchase event is being tracked correctly in Google Analytics. Make sure that the event is being triggered on the WooCommerce thank you page where the conversion tracking code is placed.
